Designed for microlight use in situations where pilots trust their lives to small one-engine aircraft, the Rotax 582 "Blue Top" has a twin ignition system for complete backup safety. We have been using this engine since 2006, and it has proven to be completely reliable and very easy to maintain. Its lightweight characteristics allow you to throw the Hov Pod 65HP into tight corners - hovercraft are weight dependent vehicles and the Rotax 582 engine delivers a very nimble reliable power source. Achieves similar top speed to our top of the range model. Will lift up to 275 Kgs or 607 pounds from an on-water start, plus 50% additional weight if starting your journey from land. Can take three adults, prepare to get blown away!
